I think we did our first apartment projects in the mid 1980’s.\u00a0 We are still helping developers and investors provide solid, innovative, and long lasting multi-family housing even today.\u00a0 Although the styles have changed and the projects have sometimes gotten a lot bigger, we are intrigued and drawn to helping families create a home in their apartments, townhouses and condominiums.\u00a0 We still see much of this industry using wood frame construction, however more and more owners are using metal stud framing, and even steel frame.\u00a0
